T-Mobile and Engine-4 announced a collaborative partnership with the Caribbean Girl Scouts Council in Puerto Rico to create STEM workshops to equip the new generation with the technological know-how for a stronger and more resilient future. The workshops are offered by a team of experts from NUISX, where they will learn first-hand about new trends and practices in the development of technologies in programming and design, maximizing T-Mobile’s 5G network. Participants work with an intelligent irrigation system.

The idea behind Engine-4 is to develop and promote NB-IoT projects, which is considered one part of the fourth industrial revolution in the world. Forming alliances with T-Mobile, NUISX Corp and local companies, the first 5G laboratory was created in the Caribbean and Latin America, and the third of T-Mobile in the United States. This laboratory is developing projects in the areas of agriculture, urban areas and education.
